We had a smoke-damage situation that affected 2 hotel rooms in July, peak season.  SERVPRO handled our needs very quickly, professionally and thoroughly.

They did a complete evaluation of the damage, made a comprehensive list of areas and articles to be cleaned, and proceeded in a timely manner, making our downtime minimal.  Their presence in the hotel was very non-invasive and they kept us in the loop the entire time.

We highly recommend this company to handle any cleanup & restoration needs.  Kudos to John and company!
