The Scope of Work is dependent on the area in need of cleaning, whether it is just carpet or if there is furniture involved that is in the need of upholstery cleaning. Then there is sampling done prior to any cleaning. Since there is a number of ways to clean carpets and/or upholstery, taking a sample and doing a test run will determine what the type of fabric is being used and how chemicals react to clean the area the best. Sometimes you must do a dry clean and some time it is a wet clean. All depend on the type of material needed to be cleaned. Other determinations in the scope of work would be how often the actual cleaning needs to be performed. A lot of time we have seen that the main traffic areas are done more often then an entire area. So, we typically would suggest, monthly traffic lanes being cleaned and with every 6 months the entire are should be cleaned. Thus, we also know this depends on the type of business. Once the scope of work is created, we move on to payment details. Like other carpet cleaning businesses our rates are based on size and square footage. Thus, we always take the proper measurements for clear and precise pricing.
